Second vaccination hub at Lakeview on Friday the 15th of October

As part of the COVID-19 vaccination roll-out, all Victorian school students aged 16 years and above are now eligible to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The Victorian Government aims to provide all final year students with the opportunity to vaccinate by the time they sit their end-of-year exams.

This is not mandatory.

How to register:

You can register your interest even if you received your first dose somewhere else. We are keen to support as many student who CHOOSE to be vaccinated as possible. Registration will close at 5pm Monday the 11th of October.

What to bring:

Students will receive individual appointment times via Compass. They are required to wear a face mask at all times (including travel to and from school) and bring these things to their appointment:

  • photo identification (you can use Compass on your phone if you don’t have learner’s permit or cannot find your school ID card)
  • a Medicare card or Individual Healthcare Identifier number (this is also on Compass so we can find this for you if you need)

This hub will be set up in the year 12 Common Room. Please enter through the College Street gate across the road from the police station. You will need to scan the QR code before entering. It is absolutely vital that you are on time for your appointment so that we can ensure that the day runs smoothly.
